America was the founder of Gladiators in 1989. The show became a massive hit not only in America but internationally.
Arab World
The Arabic Gladiators were formed in 2009. It is the latest production of the Gladiators show in the world.
Australia
Australia joined the Gladiators ranks in 1995. They competed in the 2nd International Gladiators and many shows against the UK.
Denmark
Denmark only produced one series of Gladiators. The show was known as Gladiatorerne.
Finland
Finland had their own series, known as Gladiaattorit. They also competed in the first International Gladiators.
Germany
Germany never had their own domestic series but they did compete in the second series of International Gladiators.
Japan
Japan had a version of Gladiators called Bang, Bang, Bang! They also invited some of the American Gladiators over for specials.
Nigeria
Nigeria created their own Gladiators series mainly due to the massive success of the South African Gladiators television show.
Russia
Russia never had a domestic series but did compete in International Gladiators and a mini series against the Australian Gladiators.
South Africa
South Africa initially started by competing in many International series. These proved so popular they soon started their own series.
Sweden
Sweden known as Gladiatorerna brought the Gladiators show into a new millenium with a new image and interesting characters.
United Kingdom
The UK had one of the most successful Gladiators series in the world! It was also home to the International Gladiators series.
