Crush is an American Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter. She was born in Dallas County, Texas and her specialty is Muay Thai Boxing. After racking up a Muay Thai record of 12-1-1, Crush received an offer to participate in the first ever female sanctioned MMA bout in Nevada. Crush also became a mentor to aspiring female fighters in the Oxygen reality television series 'Fight Girls'.
Texas born Hellga is a figure competitor, rower, professional strongwoman and former female bodybuilder. In 1997, after one and a half years of training, she competed in her first bodybuilding competition and gained the title of 1997 Border States Classic Novice. She also came 2nd in the Open Heavyweight division. Hellga competed in the World's Strongest Woman in Zambia, Africa, in 2001, where she came third. She has also trained in boxing, mixed martial arts and pro wrestling. In 2000, Hellga appeared on the television show 'VIP', created by and starring Pamela Anderson.
Siren is an IFBB Figure Professional after winning Houston Pro Figure Contest 2007, Colorado Pro/Am Classic Bodybuilding & Figure Contest 2007 and Shawn Ray Colorado Pro 2006. She is also the Director of Marketing of Octane Cafe, a fitness-oriented restaurant concept in Cleveland, Ohio. Siren has also been featured in issues of Flex, M&F Hers, Ironman, Muscle & Fitness and Oxygen magazines as well as having her own online video series entitled 'Fit Mission Revolution!'.
Venom has been a gymnast since the age of seven. She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. Weight training has been in her fitness routine. In 2000, she won the National Fitness Championships in New York and became an IFBB Pro. She is currently a successful fitness instructor, author of 'The Natural Way' and model as well as one of the brand new American Gladiators.
