Jade was a reserve Gladiator for the first half of season one, her debut and only time appearance was in the Semi-Finals when she took over from Sunny in Powerball after her injury.
Jade joined the elite team in 1996 during the Orlando Live shows after originally trying out to be a Contender. She stayed with the show until it's closure in 1998, and proved to be a worthy opponent in Powerball.
Jazz joined the show in the fifth series and instantly made her mark in Gauntlet where she was crowned Queen. She was a fierce competitor and featured in most of the special episodes as well as participating in International Gladiators. She is now an established TV actress appearing in Murder City and Love Soup.
One of the original Gladiators, Lace is a former front member of an L.A. band called Ivy League and the Climbers. Her career prior to Gladiators was as an Interior Designer - she even decorated Bruce Willis' home. Back in Gladiator Arena, Lace is every Contender's worst nightmare in Assault and Hang Tough.
Being a TV star in classics like 'Star Search' and 'Dallas', Lace was no stranger to the limelight. She began her Gladiator career by applying to be a Contender for the 1992 season but producers asked her to take over the position of Lace from recently the departed Marisa Pare. Lace has also posed in Playboy.
Panther, initially known as Jet during the American Gladiators 1992 Live Tour, had skills in Swingshot that were no match for any Contender. She moved onto the TV show as a reserve. From pro-wrestling to mountaineering, Panther has tried her hand at all aspects of the sporting spectrum, and is now one of the faces for 'Railriders' sports clothing.
